How long will delivery take after I place my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 5–10 working days (excluding bank holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a delivery date and tracking info
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free UK mainland delivery is offered on all orders. (Some remote locations may incur additional charges; please see our Shipping Policy for details.)
Do you assemble the bed on delivery?
Yes — our delivery team offers full assembly at the time of delivery in most areas.
Can I track my order?
