How are the different trade discount tiers determined?

Our tiers are based on your cumulative annual spend. The more you source with us, the higher your discount level becomes, with tiers typically starting at "Silver" and moving up to "Platinum.

When does my discount tier get upgraded?

Tiers are reviewed automatically every month. If your total spend over the last 12 months crosses into a higher bracket, your discount level will be upgraded immediately for all future orders.

Are there volume-based discounts for large-scale projects?

Yes. For high-volume orders (e.g., furnishing an entire hotel or apartment complex), please contact our dedicated trade account managers for a custom quote that may exceed your standard tier discount.

Is tax/VAT included in the trade prices shown?

By default, our trade portal displays prices excluding tax/VAT to assist with business accounting. Tax will be calculated and displayed clearly at the final stage of checkout based on your region.

How do I place a trade order?

Orders can be placed directly through our online portal once you are logged in. Alternatively, for complex projects, you can email your purchase order (PO) to your dedicated account manager.

Can I request fabric or finish samples before ordering?

Absolutely. Trade account holders can request up to 5 complimentary samples per project. Simply select "Request Sample" on the product page or contact our support team

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for trade clients?

Most of our standard collection has no MOQ. However, custom finishes or bespoke furniture pieces may require a minimum quantity, which will be clearly noted on the product specifications.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of order placement. Since many trade orders involve custom assembly, cancellations after this window may incur a restocking fee or may not be possible for bespoke items

How do I track the status of my project orders?

You can view real-time updates in the "Order History" section of your dashboard. We also send automated email notifications at key milestones: Order Confirmed, In Production, and Dispatched.

Lead times vary by item: In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days, while made-to-order or bespoke pieces usually require 8–12 weeks. Your account manager will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

Do you offer "White Glove" delivery and installation?

Yes, we offer a premium White Glove service which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly by our technicians, and the removal of all packaging materials. This is highly recommended for complex bed frames and heavy cabinetry.

Can you deliver directly to a client’s address or a job site?

Absolutely. You can specify a different delivery address for every project. Please ensure the site is accessible for large heavy-goods vehicles (HGVs) and that a site contact is available to sign for the delivery.

How are delivery costs calculated for large trade projects?

Shipping is calculated based on the total volume, weight, and destination of the order. For multi-unit projects, we can provide a consolidated shipping quote to help reduce your overall logistics costs.

What happens if an item is damaged during transit or installation?

Please inspect all items upon arrival. Any damages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to our trade support team within 48 hours with photo documentation so we can prioritize a replacement or repair.

Yes, for trade orders, we offer a "Bespoke Service" on many of our frames and headboards. You can specify custom heights, widths, or even provide your own material (COM - Customer's Own Material) to match your design scheme

Are your mattresses and bed bases compatible with adjustable frames?

Many of our premium pocket-sprung mattresses are designed to be flexible. Look for the "Adjustable Friendly" icon on the product specification sheet or filter by this feature in the trade portal.

What is the weight-bearing capacity of your bed frames?

Our standard trade-grade frames are tested to support up to 300kg (approx. 47 stone), including the mattress. For heavy-duty commercial requirements, we offer reinforced options.

How do I care for the velvet or performance fabrics in high-traffic areas?

We provide a Digital Care Guide for every material. For commercial projects, we recommend our "Performance" range, which features moisture-repellent and stain-resistant coatings that can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

What is the standard warranty period for trade orders?

All our trade-grade furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty covering frames, springs, and joints. Electrical components (like those in adjustable beds) carry a separate 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Can trade orders be returned if the client changes their mind?

Since trade pricing is heavily discounted and items are often built to order, we generally do not accept returns for "change of heart." We strongly recommend utilizing our sample service and checking site dimensions before finalizing an order.

How do I report a manufacturing fault found after installation?

You can log a "Service Request" through your trade dashboard. Please include your original Order ID and clear photos of the issue. A technician will review the claim within 3 business days to arrange a repair or replacement.

Do you offer a furniture "Refresh" or reupholstery service?

For large-scale hospitality projects, we offer a contract reupholstery service. After several years of use, we can provide a quote to refresh your existing frames with new fabric to keep the interior looking current.

Where can I find assembly instructions if my team is installing?

Digital PDF copies of assembly guides are kept in the "Documents" tab of your account portal. We also have a library of short installation videos for our most popular bed frame mechanisms.
