2. Do you have a physical showroom?
Currently, we operate online only. This allows us to keep costs down and pass the savings on to you.
3. How can I place an order?
You can place your order securely through our website. Simply browse our collection, select your desired product, add it to your basket, and follow the checkout process.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Stripe, and other secure online payment options.
5. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices listed on our website include VAT.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your location and the item ordered. You will receive an estimated delivery date after your order is confirmed.
7. Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery on most orders within the UK mainland. Some remote areas or special items may incur a small delivery surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.
8. Will you assemble the bed for me?

9. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. See our Returns Policy for more details.
10. What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Email Info@hnfuturebeds.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
11. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, many of our beds and mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on each product page.
