Refund and Returns

At H&N Future Beds Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide full return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

1) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.

3) Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Return your original order.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Please note: a re-delivery fee may apply.

4) European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
The item must still meet the same return conditions listed above.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take extra time to complete the transaction.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.
